They offer a 30 minute free tour, and you can taste a few kinds of miso at the end. They ask you to fill out a short form and give you a small miso gift when you hand it back to them. The tour is only offered in Japanese, so if you don’t speak the language you might want to bring a Japanese-speaking friend or a translator.
