Sunderland (/ˈsʌndərlənd/ ( listen), locally /ˈsʊndlənd/) is a city at the centre of the City of Sunderland metropolitan borough, in Tyne and Wear, North East England, 10 miles southeast of Newcastle upon Tyne, 12 miles northeast of Durham, 101 miles southeast of Edinburgh, 104 miles north of Manchester and 240 miles north of London. Been here this morning for a swim ????‍♀️ really enjoyed it the water could have been a bit warmer though there is a big soft play there so I’ll have to go back with my two grandsons staff are very helpful too

Been here every day this week with my two border terriers it’s a lovely walk and lovely views there is a fishing lake a running track and ski slope also a play park absolutely lovely place something for everyone

A great leisure centre. I have a student membership where I have gym, swim & classes all in one and its great! The app is easy to use and can book/cancel classes easily, gym facilities are great, always in good condition and clean, pool is fab, with Olympic lanes and a diving pool
