My wife and I have X-country skied at Sovereign Lakes for years - Love the snow conditions, the trails, the lodge and the ambiance. We actually moved to Vernon because we enjoyed skiing her so much. Today was the first time snowshoeing on the trails. We should have done it earlier and by earlier I mean earlier in the season.The melt has started and snow was falling from the trees. The trails that we were on were great - wide in places with enough terrain to challenge us. Loved it from start to finish.
