The Center holds Granddaughter Teas, Ballet Teas, and other events that compliment the exhibits, museum artifacts, and art collection.
My future mother in law hosted a bridal shower for me at the Heard Craig this past weekend. It is an absolutely beautiful art museum and bridal shower venue. The staff on site during the event were very knowledgeable about the history of the home. I loved the private tea they held for us in the main museum, and all of the intricate woodwork and stained glass windows in the home! The Heard Craig is perfect for small gatherings and learning about the history of McKinney!

Wonderful downtown!!! Super quaint and friendly. From the cobble stone sidewalks, unique boutiques, shops and great restaurants to the historic buildings and horse mounted rangers-Mckinney offers something for everyone. We enjoy listening to live music at the Cadillac Pizza. It is very safe and a great place for the whole family to visit.
