The lighthouse periodically hosts climbers and local artists, open to view the exterior all days.
Beautiful, iconic landmark. Peaceful pier walk out to the functioning lighthouse. Fun to hear the fog horn and amazing to visit inside the lighthouse, if you’re lucky enough to time your visit when they are open that day. Artists work inside the lighthouse various times throughout the late Spring and Summer months.

Green Ridge is Kenosha's first City Cemetery and the resting place of many prominent Wisconsin residents. Senators, nuns, soldiers, business leaders--they're all here. Stop by the office to get a map of the points of interest. Be advised that Green Ridge is an active cemetery. We ask that you please be respectful as you explore the grounds.

Downtown Kenosha where charm abounds. From cute little mom & pop shoppes, a beautiful Marina for walks, quaint coffee shops (The Buzz being my fav), a fun little ice cream shop (Scoops), a trolley, world-class museums, the Saturday morning Harbor Market which sells everything from produce, breads, meats, popcorn, bakery to a galore of hand-made treasures. Downtown - a fav place for me to peruse whenever I feel like a get-away yet the calendar says otherwise to me leaving. Just walking about the streets of Kenosha’s downtown can make it feel as a MINI HOLIDAY GET-AWAY! ???? ????????
