6 Shopping in Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension That You Shouldn't Miss

Montreal, c’est si bon! This French-speaking city is considered the cultural capital of Canada, and is a cosmopolitan celebration of Québécois style. A horse-drawn carriage ride around the cobblestone streets and grand buildings of Vieux-Montréal will give you a taste of European flavor. The Basilique Notre-Dame is a confection of stained glass, and the Plateau Mont-Royal district will delight you with its quaint boutiques and cafés. Dig in to a massive plate of poutine to fuel up for a tour of the epic Olympic Park.

St-Michel Flea Market

(First of all the address is 7707 Avenue Shelley...) This is a great two floor mall jam packed with all manner of antiques, collectibles-- and a lot more such as mid century furniture and fancy stuff like higher end lamps. (and a lot of friendly vendors) The quality and price---typical of this type of venue--- are all over the map from high to not so high. (some of those friendly vendors might just haggle too) Something for everyone and every pocketbook. If this is your thing you're likely to love it so plan to spend a lot of time because there is a whole lot to see and sort through. There's a washroom. No food but a convenience store within meters across the street. It's easy to get to and hard to leave. You might find yourself coming back next day. Have fun!
