Room was accommodating and staff was very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with one of the bikes we rented and they rushed us out a replacement. The package includes ferry passes, money towards any meal or beverage, so very flexible.

It was a beautiful room with an amazing view. Location was quiet but not far from the highway. Coffee shop in the hotel was ferric as well. Had a minor shower issue in our room but we were able to move rooms once we made staff aware. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

Great place, great people. Rooms are clean but a bit dated. Not much better in the area and the setting is beautiful. I like the balconies on most of the rooms, nice to have a evening drink and cigar.

I’m a returning Canadian that once loved staying here. The staff at check in was not all that great to deal with. The food/deli was good but the workers not very pleasant. This carried through the northern rewards and VIP rewards to have the same poor attitudes. I’m very disappointed. This was a place I once loved going to.

I enjoyed this hotel more than I did the Island itself. My husband and I flew in and had no idea that it was 4 miles away from the airport to the hotel and our mode of transportation once we got to the island was by bike carrying back packs. There were some monster hills to encounter along the way. When we arrived not only was the lady at the front desk super pleasant but she was very accommodating and let us check in early. We had a loft room and it was absolutely beautiful! Well worth the money! The room was very clean and really quiet. After arriving we discovered that all the local shops and places to eat was many, many miles in the opposite direction. Thank goodness for the on site restaurant on site (The Pin). The hotel had things for us to do and we ended up buying a bottle of whiskey (a the 19th Hole gift shop) and some cokes and had some drinks while playing horse shoes so our night stay wasn't a total loss entertainment wise. The hotel also offered made to order breakfast sandwiches or omelets. The gentlemen cooking the orders was very friendly and nice to talk to. He went above and beyond to get what you needed. This is huge considering most hotels aren't giving breakfast at all or are giving you frozen muffins or breakfast sandwiches. Was so refreshing and their dining/lounge area made me feel right at home. I didn't care for the island but if I had I would definitely stay there again.
