The poles stretch the length of High Street and extends along George Street from the railway line to the school. This walk tells the story of the Jandowae community, their history, their industry and lifestyle. The art is full of fun, love and vibrant colours rejuvenating the town centre, thanks to the local Dalby artist Graeme McCullough.

This is an unusual corner is the home of poignant and heroic stories as well as tall tales. Jandowae barman Mick Brazier gave the name "Trumpeters" to the 21 WWII veterans who drew Soldier Settlement blocks in the region. The men would meet in pub, telling yarns and 'blow their own trumpet'. this quit and peaceful corner now attracts visitors who cannot fail to be moved by the stories.
This attraction is very iconic and meaningful towards Jandowae. This corner presented itself to be very informative on history from veterans of World War II. These stories are full of bravery and resilience from the people who first settled here. It is very heart warming to read these stories. I highly recommend that you visit Trumpeters corner if ever in Jandowae.

The Dingo Barrier Fence is the second longest man-made structure in the world and the world's longest fence stretching over 5,600kms (the QLD section is about 2,500kms) beginning between Jandowae and Jimbour and ending about the Great Australian Bight. At one point in time, it was almost double this length. In 2009 as part of the Queensland 150th anniversary celebrations, it was named a Q150 icon.
The Jandowae Memorial Hall was erected in 1925 to commemorate those from the district who served in World War One.
