Giant anteaters, howler monkeys, ocelots, endangered jaguars and clouds of butterflies are among the attractions at this World Heritage-designated park that marks the border between Brazil and Argentina. By foot or by raft, explorers can view one of the world's most stunning waterfalls, Iguazu Falls. Among the park's 270 waterfalls, spectacular Devil's Throat combines 14 falls and generates a "perpetual rainbow" in good weather.

I visited the place, expecting to see the Brazilian border marker, and see the other two border markers of Argentina and Paraguay, as that is the name of the small park, and probably Brazil's most famous triple land border. However, I was more than happy to realise, that what was once just a viewing point, is now a privately run park. Despite having to pay for the entrance, it was worth the fee: well kept, it not only is lit, organized and does have a very good vantage point to see the border markers of the other two countries, but also enlightens the visitors on a little of the history of when Foz de Iguaçu was discovered/established. The highlight is a dance-presentation of typical dances of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. All performed very well, and great to watch. Maybe it is a little tedious for children, but definitely interesting and also educative! Loved it!
