Vukovar Municipal Museum

Reviewed By Andr3a1o - Zagreb, Croatia

The museum consists of two floors and an attic with a permanent exhibition. On the ground floor there is a library and a gift shop (be sure to buy something, the prices are very affordable for tourists), and various halls. The first floor and attic show the range of civilizations and life in the Vukovar area from prehistoric times to the present. In the attic, you can see different items used by our grandmothers. The second floor depicts the Croatian War of Independence and everything that was destroyed by it. Adult tickets are 40kn but what you'll see is worth a lot more.
