Charming Savannah is the picture of antebellum hospitality, thanks to period architecture and oak-lined streets. It’s tempting to spend your trip just relaxing on vast verandas and sipping mint juleps, but there are plenty of historical sites and museums to explore. Haunting (and possibly haunted) Bonaventure Cemetery is one of the hallmarks of the city, featuring beautiful obelisks, masses of flowers, and ivy-covered crypts. Dine on fresh seafood and creamy grits for a taste of Savannah home cooking.

I had booked 3 rooms for my workers and it was dirty, smelled musty, AC didn't work, and infested with roaches as well as people trying to break into other peoples vehicles in the parking lot. The employees of the hotel started a "race war" spewing racial slurs at my workers, and when my guys decided to leave the hotel employees followed them out of the building and across the parking lot!! Super unprofessional, unacceptable and complete craziness! I tried calling the front desk multiple times all morning but no one answers! Now trying to call a customer service line which then directed me to another line who wasn't even available! Never book with this place, worst customer service and experience!

Pool area was not open and it looked as thought it wouldn't be for sometime. Window sills in the rooms are old and decaying. Towels need to be replaced. Received soiled towels. Vanity in bathroom is extremely low.

Stayed here for a night to save a little money. Shirtless man on meth? Two doors down sitting outside talking crazy on his phone. I was tired and fell asleep around 9 pm. Phone call at 11:15pm. on hotel phone saying he was the manager and that they are working on the phone lines and to leave the receiver off the hook! He repeatedly said this after the reply was okay each time.(4 times). Meth head was yelling on his phone about married to Sean penn forever as we were packed and walking to car at 11:29 pm. We felt more comfortable sleeping in the car at a rest stop with the windows down. True story. Spend an extra $20 and go anywhere else! Picture of lobby!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! UNSAFE! The women working check in was sitting outside while we walked in and stared at us blankly. She was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at us. We had a dog who we filled out the paperwork for, paid the fee and the women saw her sitting in the lobby with us. We leave for dinner with the dog in our room and come back 1.5 hours later and the dog is IN THE PARKING LOT scared. We walk in and ask how did she get out and the same women started yelling at us saying how dare we accuse her of letting the dog out. She said she called everyone else staying at the hotel if it was there dog but didn't call us because she thought the dog we brought was smaller... very sketchy. We demand to talk to the manager and both of them couldn't get their story straight they kept lying and messing up. They wouldn't show us security footage and wouldn't give us a refund. I've been calling for over a week to see the footage and 'they can't find it'. we are so lucky our dog stayed near our car!! Angela the manager was rude, inconsiderate and unapologetic. Not a single worker asked if we were okay or said sorry. They claimed we were the only people with a key to the room - as if she couldn't make a master key. I am working to file a police report and am furious with the management. Larisha Jones has been avoiding my phone calls - they are hiding the tapes!! I think everyone should be fired immediately. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
