Reviewed By Maps576432Rooms were clean staff was helpful. Kids enjoyed every min of the indoor/outdoor pool. I recommend this hotel for family trips and family gatherings. I really wanted to utilize the fitness center, i just ran out of time.

Reviewed By R1800NSdonnabPlease don’t. It smells terrible. It has roaches. And definitely not clean. Smells like a stale old 1970’s vehicle when people smoked in it and rancid puke. Not just 1 room, we had 2 rooms. Front desk was extremely nice. That’s the only positive I give it.

Reviewed By plumsey29I cannot communicate enough, about the outstanding customer service and support, Ms Amanda provided me when I checked in and throughout my stay. She was very courteous, friendly, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, I had a water leak, from my the sink, and she immediately offered to provide me another room. She explained her maintenance employee was off until Tuesday and she couldn't have it repaired. As a result, of her customer service provided, I will definitely stay at Lincoln Hotel when back in Philly.

Reviewed By evawG6336TMWorst Comfort inn I ever stayed at. The toliet clogged,red stains on sheets ( looked like blood), lighting in bathroom was terrible, no plug in tub. Tried calling front desk telephone didn't work. I went to the front desk, person at front desk said he would give us another room, went to move our stuff over and the room reeked of marijana. Went back to front desk, person didn't seem that concerned when I told him of the smell. Gave us a different room the curtains had big slashes in them, cigarette burns everywhere. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.
