Reviewed By DeividasVenckusI have been to this hotel three times now. My father was born in a village just to the north, so it was not complicated to decide. The ladies who run this place are fabulous! They don't speak much English, but if you can manage Russian, German or Polish, you will be delighted. Also, even without English, they are very kind and thoughtful. I have been here three times, and each times gets better. Telšiai is a bit dull, I'll admit. I'm thinking there's a secret Pub that nobody talks about, to which they all go. Nežinau. But you can't go wrong with Pas Stefą. Right on the lake, conveniently on Respublikos Gatvė. Lovely.

Cozy and clean guest house
Reviewed By marija_mdvkWe stated for 1 night, but we really enjoyed it. Location is perfect - you can reach everything on foot. Rooms are clean and cozy. Rooms are located on the 3rd flor, and there's no elevator, so don't get heavy luggage! Breakfast is not included, but you can order it additionally. Breakfast was simple, but good. Staff is helpful, but as it is family business (as we understood), so every time we needed something, we had to call, because no one sits at the reception.
