The campsite facilities were good, however we were told we could not use the pool in swimming trunks, bizarre. We elected to eat elsewhere after it was suggested we purchase speedos from the camp shop. A 50cl beer was also nearly €6. Until midnight, there were children running and screaming up and down the roads, keeping everyone awake and wandering into other peoples pitches. Overall, not particularly welcoming to British guests. If I had my time again, I would most definitely have stayed elsewhere.

Charming guest house in a 18th Century building. In the heart of Taradeau, village of vineyards of Provence. Just 30mn from beaches. All rooms are AC. Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna. Respect and freedom are the philosophy of this gay owned guest house where all adults are welcome and naturism is allowed
We spent an evening and a night in La Bergerie du Moulin with some friends. The dinner (Indian food that night) was excellent. The room we had (Lavandes) was spacious and offered all comfort one might expect. Breakfast was excellent too with many home made products (pastries, jams...). The pool area is very pretty too. Yoga courses are available for those who wish to practice. The athmosphere is peaceful and calm. Worth definitely a visit if you are around.

Was bit disappointing. The brochure looked gorgeous and spoke of visiting the vineyard. When we arrived we were the only people staying. We were handed keys and shown our room, which was lovely. In the fridge there was one bottle of water. My husband went to ask for more water and the lady on reception told him that they only sell wine not water. We asked if we could look around and were told there are no tours of the vineyard. They had charged us twice and there was no apology. No one asked us how our stay was...there was an air of general disinterest as we checked out...

Travelling from Beziers towards Monaco, I once again was looking for a place to stay that would have some traditional romantic history as we hate staying in American style cookie-cutter hotels. I searched all over Nice and Cannes and the surrounding area but couldn't fins anything at all until I came across this beautiful place only 1 hour away from Nice and 1:19 away from Monaco. Set on the grounds of an old winery that's still operating and offers tours for 10 Euros. It was so nice to be outside of the big French cities, as this chateau is out in the countryside and is a wonderful drive. The long driveway through the main gate takes you right up to the reception area which is located in the gift shop of the winery. Our receptionist was very happy, spunky girl who took us right to our room and supplied us with all of the codes to get into the various doors and gates. We had choose the Superior Double Room, which had a big bed and a nice bathtub. The room was sparse but lovingly appointed with period piece antiques and came with a free bottle of wine from their own vineyards! Breakfast was served on the lower floor and was quite nice, lots of lovely bread, cheese, fruits and coffee from a Nespresso maker. my only complaint would be that there was some sporadic noise from nearby train tracks and that on our last day we were awoken by a worker with a leaf blower right outside of our window. We stayed here for two nights and would definitely return again.

Magnifique. Petit déjeuner sucré copieux. Bravo et merci. On reviendra !!
