Our hotel is located in the front of the river, about 1km from Nam Cat Tien National Park, with different types of rooms, you can choose the room you like, with natural design, air in Cool, guests will enjoy the feeling about nature. We can receive groups to organize team building, camp fire, ....etc......
Great accommodation if you care about the budget. The room (cottage) is wooden and very basic but you are close to nature. Very good for that price. Be prepared to meet some small animal friends :-) Staff is really friendly, helpful and provide very good meals. English is not their strength but there is still an English speaking colleague on the phone. They can provide you scooter rental, bus transfer and all the trips in Cat Tien national park.

Great for bed and breakfast or full full lodge experience. Forest Floor Lodge is a ecotourism lodge in a natural park and nature reserve.
The best days of this hotel appear to be in the past. There are no bed runners, crisp white sheets or duvets, nor decorative pillows as presented in the website photos. The current state of this hotel is comparable to an unkept budget hotel rather than a luxury lodge as it advertises and prices itself to be. We saw three rooms while we were there (tented and not tented). PROS - Food is quite tasty - James, one-half of the couple who run this hotel, is an extremely knowledgeable guide! - James' wife, Mai, was very lovely and always asking us about our wellbeing - Bicycles are on site to borrow, some with baby seats - Location - right inside the park and easy access to trails - Kind staff CONS - The wooden rails on the tented room platforms are rotting away and numerous parts of the rope fencing are missing - Linens in the rooms (including the curtains) are very basic with old fashioned patterns (again, not what you see in the photos) - No face or hand towels in the bathrooms, no bathroom toiletries except a small bottle of basic liquid soap and another room had basic bar hand soap - No minibar/fridge in any rooms - Unclean rooms. A used sheet was left hanging on the bed frame, the bathroom was filled with gecko poop and used shampoo packets. Mold film lined the shower. It was clear the bathroom had not been cleaned in quite some time. -The a/c was only turned on for a few hours in the evening rather than staggered throughout the day as advertised. The rooms are not insulated from the midday heat as advertised either - they are very hot. - The baby cots we expected to have did not include mattresses. Instead, we were given piles of thick duvets to put in the cots. These were ineffective as you could still feel the ribbing of the bed frame underneath. While a few of these cons would be acceptable at a budget hotel, they are unacceptable at a hotel that advertises itself as luxury.

Ok so the room is ok, but as you spend little time in it, it really doesn’t matter. Firstly the food, terrible really terrible amongst the worst we have eaten in Vietnam and we have been here for 4 months. The restaurant area itself is dirty, tables not wiped, chicken crap all over the floor. We had a family dinner which cost 150,000 dong per person which was clearly for them most of it inedible, boiled rooster so tough you could not get your teeth into it, same as the beef. Soup with the noodles and small pickled onions the only things edible. If you walk a few doors down you will find 2 much better places to eat that are cleaner and cheaper. We rented bicycles for a day we expected to pay 30,000 dong ( we have had them free at all other home stays) when we received our bill they were 30,000 per hour, we have rented scooters for 150,000 per day, total rip off. We went on a boat trip that cost 200,000 per person for two hours of bum numbing boredom. They greet you with smiles, don’t be fooled you are treated as a cash cow. To top it all when querying the bill our bus arrived. We had asked for our bill 3 times. He was so slow to take payment which on reflection seemed like a ploy to make us pay a bill where he had over charged us because we had to get the bus. We even paid for a bottle of water which we never got! This seems minor, but sums up their whole approach to taking money from foreign visitors. All the tours are so overpriced, we did the crocodile lake on our own, including bike hire in the park, entrance fee and entrance fee to the lake for 360,000 per person. If you go through Singing Gibbon, it will set you back 1,300,000 per person! We have spent the last 4 months travelling in Vietnam, this has been one of the worst home stays. Seriously avoid.

forest sida homestay is the ideal place for everyone. It is located on the river and the Cat Tien National Forest. There are free Wi-Fi ... many animals in the forest when we sail on the river .. with the variety of dishes created by the family ... will be very attractive ...
I had a nice room with a big bathroom. You have a window towards the garden and a seating area outside the door which is nice and shady. The bed is big and comfortable. Good Mosquito net that is easy to handle. It moves on rails that are mounted on the bed. It is really quiet in the day and in the night so you will sleep well. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Even in the preparations of tet, they were always there to help if a guest had a question. The portions at the restaurant are big. I got lots of fruit from the garden as well. My reviews are always based on value for money and the country in which the hotel is!
