The Holiday Inn, Sutton is easily accessible from Croydon to the east, Kingston to the west, Wimbledon to the north and from the M25 to the south. The hotel has 119 air conditioned bedrooms, including 4 suites, 2 DDA rooms as well 20 Executive rooms all which have en suite facilities, including high speed internet access (HSIA). Kids stay and eat free*. Our Hotel restaurant, lounge and bar offering tempting dishes from around the world including the famous Holiday Inn breakfast. Good stay for business
Reviewed By derbyshirenomadA business stay at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is well positioned near to the railway station and the restaurants. The rooms are well equipped, clean and spacious. There was a good array of food for breakfast though not terribly exciting. The pool and fitness centre are fine but small for the size of the hotel. All in all a good stay, the staff were very pleasant and I would recommend it for business stays.

Carpark ISSUES
Reviewed By Chloe SThe tiny carpark that ibis offers. Don’t bother parking there! 1 - can only fit about 15 cars tight. 2- I downloaded the app and paid the full price for the night until the next day. Hotel check out 12pm and my car park was paid until 1pm. Long story, short… I checked out before 12 and left the car park straight away. The company has provided me with a fine - saying no payment between 1&1:27. I’ve appealed this and given all the relevant confirmation etc. and I’m he appeal was unsuccessful. So, I’ve phoned Ibis to confirm when I checked out, although I confirmed all of my details, she was unable to tell me this and was no where near helpful! she just ‘ passed the buck ‘ I suppose. So now I’ve had to escalate this again with the Civil Enforcement parking asking for the car parks cameras/time - when there is plain, clear evidence I paid the price. I could go on, but please just don’t bother and if you are staying with Ibis, park somewhere and walk the extra few mins. Not worth all of this!!

Welcome to the best value property in Sutton. So what makes OYO Flexistay Aparthotel Sutton such good value? It could be the all-day breakfast that's included in the price. Guests can use the kitchen to help themselves to milk, juice, eggs, bread and bacon whenever they want. It could also be the spacious and modern hotel rooms with flat-screen TV, tea & coffee making facilities, a private bathroom and a hairdryer. Whatever makes it such good value, it's a great base to visit all the shops, restaurants and bars Sutton has to offer.
More a Hostel than hotel.
Reviewed By lesrob_12Very basic and unfriendly manager or host. It said breakfast included but all it was were that you could access the kitchen to serve yourself with very little choice. There is a train line less than 30 feet away at the rear of the property which vibrates and rumbles every time a train goes by. Parking a nightmare if you couldn’t get a space outside as all resident only in the street. Would not recommend staying here unless you are desperate.

Reviewed By Laus1994If the options had a 0 available I would click this. Awful hotel, rude staff, total disappointment. Staff back chat to you when you are not satisfied for something. They do not even apologise. Just needed a one nights stay near the station, great location but a total let down. Do not fall into this trap.
