Reviewed By gerrymacaspacEverything ok except the check in process. Room not available and had to rush to prepare for the wedding in 1 hour.Free breakfast appreciated. Online-mask usage required. We were the only ones wearing masks all the time.There is rise in the amount of Covid + cases in hospitals speaking as someone from the medical field even fully vaccinated with boosters as well.Hyatt management should look into this for your staff and guests safety.Overall great experience!

Took night stays for around 10 days
Reviewed By VIPIN_GOEL_TP_ImpexWe were there in Danville for a family function in Dec, 2021. We have booked several rooms at Sonesta Select for staying at night for our guests. I also stayed for more than 5 nights here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They have provided coffee maker, steam iron and other necessary utility items in the room. Due to Covid, room cleaning services were on booking for next day. We did not use their restaurant and other facilities. Good place to stay at reasonable cost.

Disappointing service, lovely heated pool, no outdoor dining option
Reviewed By Barnali MWe had a pretty mediocre experience at the San Ramon Marriott. The service was pretty disappointing, our room was nothing special, and the breakfast buffet was pretty average. The heated pool was the highlight of our visit. Check in was very disappointing. The first room we were given had a rumpled bed that looked like someone had just slept in it. We had to go back and request a new room. The staff was apologetic, but didn’t do anything special to try to make up for this unacceptable experience. In addition, I was not told at check in about my free breakfast benefit as a Titanium Elite with Marriott Bonvoy. It was only when I went back to the front desk after check in to inquire that I was told that we were entitled to 2 free breakfast buffets due to my status (the breakfast buffet is priced at $25 each, so this is meaningful benefit). I was quite disappointed I had to ask in order to be told about this benefit. Our room was clean and pleasant, though nothing special. The beds were softer than we would have liked. The in-room coffee was surprisingly good. The Concierge Lounge, which we would have had access to as Titanium Elites, is closed on the weekends, which was disappointing. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay - I came with my 4 year old daughter for a staycation. The pool is a good size, and the water was warm and very pleasant. Unfortunately, there is no hot tub (we really wished they had one!). The breakfast buffet was decent, and included eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cut fruit, breads, pastries, and yogurt. I was disappointed that there was no “official” option to be seated outdoors (we are not yet comfortable dining indoors due to Covid, as we have a young child who is not yet eligible for vaccination). We had to take our food out to tables by the cabana area and request coffee to go. No one waited on us or cleared our table. I was also disappointed by how my take out order was handled. I specifically asked the front desk to send my food delivery person up to my room, and they said they would. They never did and our food was sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes before I called down and realized it was there. If they weren’t able to send food delivery folks up, I wish they had simply told me that when I asked, so I knew to come down. I did appreciate the fact that all staff at this property were masked - the fact they are continuing to take Covid precautions is great. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel and did not feel at all appreciated for being a Titanium Elite.

Very Disappointing Stay
Reviewed By queenjkThis hotel is not up to the standards we are accustomed to with this brand. We did not enjoy this visit and I actually felt unsafe during it too. First it is a dirty property that is not kept up - cigarette butts litter the parking lot and the entry ways to the rooms. A simple power wash would really help. There was trash outside a room near ours for three days- big empty boxes and other items. The guests in a room across from ours had a loud dog and lots of smoke. They never closed their door either so we felt odd anytime we exited our own room. They were loud and we heard them often. Management must be used to these types of complaints because when we mentioned it to them they quickly added points to our account (we are high status in this brand) but no solutions or action taken.

Reviewed By marinahH926SFThis Extended Stay on 18000 San Ramon Valley Blvd in San Ramon, has been a home away from home,until deciding our next steps for permanent housing. The front office staff has been professional, kind and on hand when we have needed them. The housekeeping staff works hard and also does a great job. Amanda,Melena and Sandeeya,have gone above and beyond with their hospitality and customer service! Amanda has a warm,welcoming personality and Melena is kind and efficient. Celso in the maintenance department is professional, efficient and gets right to work to resolve any maintenance situation. He was also kind to our beloved cats. It's because of this staff, we have stayed as long as we have. If you need to stay 3 days or 3 months, this is a clean, comfortable place to stay. There is laundry on site and kitchen amenities. My adult daughter and I are business professionals and appreciate the access to WiFi. Sincerely, Marina H.
