No two bedrooms are alike at Banyers House. Each of our guest rooms is a delight - cosy and idiosyncratic with ancient beams, flashes of exposed brickwork and rich wallpapers created by British designers.
Booked for somewhere to stay for LG @ Knebworth. Due to my own staggering incompetence the reservation was cancelled. Dawn was class in helping us secure an alternative. Without her I'd be on the streets with less friends than I have now.

The Coach House Hotel, primarily built of local flint and previously known as the Coach and Horses Inn, has maintained its old world charm and offers a warm friendly welcome to all our guests. After major refurbishment by the new management it now has all modern facilities, including free wireless broadband and internet access. Once here you can either relax in our 5 acre gardens and enjoy our traditionally cooked meals. All our 22 rooms have been upgraded and are designed with your comfort and care in mind.
We are a three generation family of 6 and we stayed in four rooms for one and two nights for a wedding at Minster Court. The rooms are identical all with double beds and very quiet. My elderly mother and I took two rooms for an extra night and the rest of the family arrived on the Saturday. Mum and I ate a supper and two breakfasts. The ingredients and cooking were excellent. We had gin and tonics...generous and well mixed. The staff were helpful and considerate. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. Thank you Coach House Hotel!

The room was spacious and clean with a new modern bathroom. The food was amazing, the breakfast was included but we also had a lovely dinner. The staff were lovely, in particular Amelie, who made us feel very welcome.

Myself and a friend stayed over night after attending the Liam Gallagher concert at Knebworth. Check-in was straight forward and Peter & Tiggy couldn't have been more kind or helpful. Our room was spotless and had way more than we would have ever expected. There was a large variety of choices available for breakfast. We both agreed that if we were ever back in the area, Orchard House would be on the top of our list.

We stayed here for one night in April, the rooms are very tired looking and the bathroom grouting is very discoloured, the bed was comfortable, however we stayed in Room 8 which is very small. Check out is very early at 10am, we went for breakfast and I ordered a full English, they completely forgot my order despite us being the only table in the restaurant! I wouldn’t stay here again I think £95 is very expensive for this hotel although the staff were nice the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment!
