A beautiful manor house only 30 minutes from the center of Toulouse with 6 ensuite bedrooms (1 family suite), large swimming pool, gardens and grounds of 15 hectares. Delicious breakfasts, evening meal on request. You will be assured of a very warm welcome - our bed and breakfast is the perfect place to stay whilst exploring this beautiful region of France.
Ideal place for holiday with extended family
Reviewed By Charlie WWe needed a large house to accommodate our extended family of 12 adults and 5 children and Le Phenix could not have been better. Tim and Ali were extraordinarily welcoming as well providing two delicious evening meals, including wine, for the adults at a very reasonable price. Our bed was very large and comfortable and the large outside space was complimented by a large pool which was very welcome in the amazingly hot conditions this August. We all agreed that we would like to return if we can get everyone together again. As I cannot get the ratings to accept my scores I hope this is enough to show how highly we rate this property and its proprietors. Thanks a million Tim and Ali Despite the ‘Hotel’ ratings below this is not really a hotel it is a family house/chambre d’hôte.

Reviewed By LeTeutonThis is a nice place to stay, not so much for its luxury, as there is not a lot of it, but for the enthusiasm of the lovely Dutch lady who runs this B&B, and the heart she puts into it. It is all a bit higgledy piggledy, with some strange attempts of renovation, but I guess this just makes it charming. The essentials are there (very comfortable bed, big room(s), big bathroom with good shower, and the breakfast is bespoke, what more can you wish for ?

Reviewed By michaelrp2018Beautiful location, large rooms but very weird decoration style, with multiple different types of wall paper and materials in same room - pity as with a bit of style great potential. Excellent breakfast - when it comes....average 25 min wait for husband to be sent out of kitchen by wife - who clearly must not be crossed. Once in the room - thats it....dont expect anyone to make the beds etc, you are on your own.

Reviewed By deyjonAvons séjourné deux nuits dans une chambre familiale. Décoration et installations récentes. Grande chambre spacieuse en RDC. Petit-déjeuner ultra copieux en compagnie des hôtes. Piscine en plein air sur place. a quelques encablures de Rabastens, très pratique.

Modern and wide rooms with bath , and very confortable new beds. The hotel is located in the historical center and near several car parkings. The country all round is quiet , with river, lake, vineyards and crossed by walking trails on the way to COMPOSTELLE. propose preferential conditions to walkers.

Reviewed By Sarah64971Nous avons réservé cet hotel pour faire une étape sur notre raod trip de la région toulousaine. Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h30 avec nos 2 enfants et en arrivant nous voyons la fête foraine dans le village et les auto tamponneuses juste devant l'hotel. On demande donc si notre chambre donne sur la rue, réponse OUI et pas d'alternatives. Nous avons meme eu droit à: "nous ne savons pas à quelle heure ça finit". En appelant la mairie, on le sait! résultat: la fête a fini à 2h du matin + le rangement + les gens qui rentrent nous nous sommes endormis vers 4h du matin pour reprendre la route à 9h... Les gérants n'ont meme pas pris la peine de nous prévenir pour que l'on puisse avoir l'opportunité de voir si on pouvait réserver une chambre ailleurs. Pas un pardon, pas un geste commercial. Ethique = 0. En plus quand on doit conduire avec peu de sommeil et 2 enfants en bas age, y'a pas plus dangereux.... Je ne recommande donc pas!

Reviewed By lopezcorinneLa demeure pourrait être magnifique, mais malheureusement pas assez d’entretien, le jardin à l’abandon, l’intérieur propre mais trop rustique, une bonne rénovation et un gris menage embellirait le lieu.
