Based on our previous experience with an agriturismo, we hoped for a nice home in the country with great food. The Madona agriturismo was not all all what I hoped for. It is adjacent to a freeway, train track, and a cement plant. Its "agriculture" is a huge goose farm which smelled. It looks like an older motel with outside entrances to multiple rooms. The room was clean and and the breakfast was very good. Their main attraction is a large public restaurant serving a goose dinner ( which is very popular with locals). You got a few slices of goose on a sizzling platter. I was put of by the guano outside. My husband found it good but the dinner was nothing like the 8 courses and personal attention that we had enjoyed previously for half the price.

Our Bed & Breakfast accommodation is comfortable, welcoming and at the same time cheap to spend a stay near Milan and near the new pole, Rho. Each room has a private bathroom and air conditioning, all have balconies, LCD TV and wi-fi freeChildren or teenagers under 12 years do not pay and up to 16 years pay half.
I felt like this was one of the greatest moments of my trip. After Ivano picked me up from the streets he asked me if I had a place to stay and I said no. Back at his B&B I felt like I was part of the family. Having dinner together, sharing stories. They made me feel at home, eventhough I couldn't speak any Italian. It's located in a little rustic village, not far from Milan. The food is great and authentic italian. They have little baby turtles in their garden, which made my day. I recommend this place for anyone.

Cascina 36 is a bed and breakfast in a completely restored and independent villa, built in an absolutely silent and traffic-free residential area. Style, comfort and hospitality are the basis to welcome our guests. Cascina 36 has three rooms with private bathroom. Common Areas: living room, private garden, and swimming pool. Baseline Services: Free Wifi, Air Conditioning, Breakfast.
Me and my partner stayed at Cascina36 for 2 weeks during the Milan Salone del Mobile fair at the beginning of September 2021. We have been travelling around the world for years and so we have a lot of stays to compare with and I can truly say that this was one of the most exceptional stays we have had anywhere. We felt right at home from the day we arrived thanks to Piero and Cristina, the exceptional hosts who made our stay as comfortable as possible, driving us around (!) when there was a train strike, ordering food for us when it was late, and just being friendly and interested throughout. There is absolutely nothing we would like to change about the room or our stay. The room was large and spotless, had a large and newly appointed bathroom with great walk-in shower, great wi-fi, a perfect swimming pool, and a wonderful breakfast was served every morning with freshly baked cake almost daily. Some people might be deterred by the fact that the B&B is located in a small town just outside Milan, but for us this was an advantage in terms of cost and quiet at the end of a long day. The train station is 3 minutes walk and the trip takes 28 minutes right to he centre of Milan. If you don't mind taking the train timetable into consideration, then this is the place for you. Add to it that Pregnana Milanese hosts a superb restaurant (AI Serbello) so no need to hang around the city after a long day. Don't miss out on this B&B!

Proprietaria gentilissima, disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente :)
