Very bad food at bar/restaurant
Reviewed By raulgantesService and food in bar /restaurant terrible ( big surprise and disappointed cause in others AC/Marriott are really good ) but breakfast, ( self service ), it's ok. I asked for a bag of tea to drink in my room ,just only the bag to prepare by myself ! , ( cause they have coffee bat not tea at the rooms ) and they wanted to charge me as a tea from the restaurant !!! incredible ! .

Reviewed By 255martamLa zona donde está ubicado el hotel es tranquila y se puede descansar muy bien. Sus instalaciones son modernas y muy agradables. En el comedor es un espacio agradable con una zona en el exterior rodeada de árboles. La atención al viajero inmejorable. El trato muy cordial.

Reviewed By F1528FHkenaNo water in the fridge, or anywhere in the room. Nothing complimentary. No coffee, tea, Nothing. The location is far from Madrid, if you are concerned with location. The furniture is old, no vibe, no energy, no updates to anything. It's decently clean, and it was pretty quiet since there is no one here because of Covid. It looks like a prison block, it's in the middle of nowhere.

Reviewed By ramon aNos alojamos con 2 niños, uno de ellos de 2 años. Los apartamentos son correctos, sin muchas pretensiones pero la limpieza no es una de las cosas que destacaría como positiva. El sistema de check in es el problema: Cuando llegamos, a las 22.00, la máquina estaba bloqueada con otros clientes y tardaron en solucionarlo. Aprovechamos para tomar algo en un bar cercano y a la vuelta se pudo realizar el check-in pero las tarjetas estaban mal codificadas. Y ahí vino el problema. Más de 30 min esperando y no cogían el teléfono de atención 24h, siendo las 23.00 con niños pequeños. Sinceramente, no lo recomiendo.
