Enclosed parking, secure, free. All our rooms are renovated; our common areas have been relooked to the latest design IBIS BUDGET since february 2016 for the delight of all.
This hotel is DISGUSTING. I would not recommend it unless you are a chain smoker and happy to sleep in a filthy ashtray. We had a great trip around France, stayed in some lovely places, met wonderful people and sadly our last place fell through at the last minute leaving us driving around looking for somewhere to stay. We arrived at the “hotel” and the reception staff on duty said it was cheaper to book online- so we stood in front of them stood and booked on our phone. In good faith and with an exhausted family we walked up to the two rooms with our belongings and into a hazey room with a stench of stale fags. All of us stood there initially in shock. The room looked like an old prison cell. The beds were dirty and child’s bed not made, in a manly plastic bag and dirty. The stench of the room hit as we opened the door. I literally burst into tears. After a bad day this was the straw that broke the camels back! We checked out both rooms- they were both absolutely rancid in smell - and so we collected our belongings and left immediately. My children’s health is important to me. We don’t smoke and so I would not put them into a room with a foul stench of cigarettes. I certainly would not let them sleep in a room which was that bad: it would be like sleeping in a old fashioned night club during the 90s! We went back to reception and two men working there said we could change rooms. I explained it was a non smoking room but stank and the man working on reception said that many of their guests don’t respect the rules and smoke in the rooms so all the rooms are the same. I explained we were looking for a non smoking room which the hotel advertises- I pointed to the signs around reception showing non smoking!!! and if they couldn’t give us a non smoke too then they needed to refund. I asked for my money back as we had barely been in the room and was told they would refund three nights but not that night because it was non refundable. We had been in the hotel a few minutes! We booked in good faith expecting a clean room- not a hovel. The rooms were not fit for purpose. They stank. Literally stank. Mysteriously two days later the “management” contacted us to say that their staff had checked the rooms and they did not have an odour. I can only imagine that the staff had completely lost all memory an entire conversation with my family, in front of other guests when they ADMITTED that all the rooms stank! I can only imagine that they had a miraculous change of mind ….. Hmm I wonder why! (Unless staff were heavy smokers and nose blind!) Clearly all staff we saw that evening were fully aware that most guests (his words) ignore the rules and smoke in the rooms then they have a duty to enforce the rule or refund honest guests money so they can move on to a clean room. Staff at the hotel have not only now taken money for a service they can not provide, they have lied, presumably to cover up the fact that they have failed to check rooms. Ibis and Accor have let my family down. They made a bad day stressful. They may have enjoyed seeing me distressed at the prospect of nowhere to stay, maybe they enjoy lying to us a few days later- who knows. However we are now out of pocket for our good faith booking. Luckily for us we drove around some more and eventually found a clean hotel at 11pm that evening. Our children were eventually able to sleep in a clean room without cigarette stench. The smell lingered in our hair after we left and until we had showered it off. Absolutely disgusting. Do not book here unless you are heavy smoker and don’t value your health.

B&B Hotel in Pontault-Combault Looking for a comfortable, cheap hotel in Greater Paris (Île-de-France)? Welcome to our B&B Hotel Pontault-Combault ! A cheap hotel near Notre-Dame Forest and Disneyland Paris Want to spend a relaxing weekend in Greater Paris? Our hotel is near Notre-Dame Forest and Disneyland Paris, an ideal location if you want to get out and about as a family. Our hotel in Seine-et-Marne is located close to the N104, and to Emerainville-Pontault-Combault train station, from where you can reach Paris in just 35 minutes.
The property should remove 'Hotel' from its name as it raises expectations that cannot be met. However, if you are looking for a cheap but clean place to stay without any frills in this particular location than it may be a suitable option. There is no reception and you have to use your credit card combined with your booking code to gain access to you room and the breakfast area. All rooms are accessed from the outside which is not very welcoming - particularly on a rainy day. An elderly Italian couple who had arrived before us struggled to enter and if we had not helped them, they may have never been able to get to their room. Support is only available remotely via a telephone line but you will need to be able to speak French to use it. The rooms are functional and appear fairly clean. The beds are very comfortable... at least for one. Don't forget your toiletries as there is only an all-in-one soap dispenser in the shower. Towels are also rather small. It helps to use the extra one provided when you are travelling on your own. For double occupancy it might be a struggle. Breakfast is terrible. Average croissants and average coffee. Terrible eggs with bacon. There is a grill next door which has a cosy atmosphere but the food is not great either.

We stayed here three nights for our Disneyland Paris family trip. Right behind the hotel there is a bus station, next to that supermarket, that takes you to the Red RER line(Train) which is the same line that takes you to Disneyland. Hotel is clean, friendly and is perfect for that you need, which is sleep and have a shower ready for the upcoming day. Staff is very friendly and they all speak very good English. I definitely suggest you to take on the breakfast option, which is continental breakfast but its well worth for the price you pay.
