Fabulous First Trip to Noosa Avalon Cottages
Reviewed By A1670LVrachelrMyself, my husband, and our German Shepherd Merlin, stayed for two nights in the Heritage Cottage. The cottage is absolutely exquisite, like stepping back in time, and we love the original features and attention to decorative detail. The paved fire pit area is excellent, and the whole place is immaculately clean. We were very comfortable, with beautiful nature views, and saw the cows around our verandah, and the little ponies. We just loved it, and will definitely recommend it, and be back to visit again. Thank you to the owners for providing such a lovely place to stay.

Reviewed By Michelle GWe stayed in Rosecliffe Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed out visit. Very cozy cottage to stay in. Our daughter enjoyed the daily feeding of the farm animals. The pool is also in an amazing position with endless views. Such a relaxing place to stay. Nadia & Paul are wonderful hosts.

Reviewed By RandomRoamerWe stayed at Noosa Eco Retreat for the recent long weekend and were absolutely blown away. There are so many thoughtful details. For example, each yurt has picnic blankets for you to have your own little picnic on the grounds. They provide not just a little Webber but the coals, firestarters and matches to get it fired up. These kinds of thoughtful details are present throughtout. The breakfast hamper was great and far more food than we could eat for 2 breakfasts. We stayed in one of the yurts in the 'beauty spot' and the view was stunning. Amazing sunsets behind the mountain, which was also a great climb (though rather challenging) on day 1. The yurts are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It truly is a fabulous place for a couple's getaway and we highly recommend it! Some extra info: You don't have to have any contact (if you don't want to) as check-in is remote with the instructions emailed to you before your stay. If you do order a hamper they will deliver it at a time that is convenient to you. Their service is excellent and they are quick to communicate. Breakfast hamper contained: - pancake mix - a variety of cereal and muesli - honey - jam - vegmite - nutella - marshmallows - eggs - English muffins - mini croissants - fruit (banana, apples, pears, grapes, kiwi) - yoghurt - tinned peaches - avocado - milk - butter - juice We also ordered the picnic hamper (and it was great value for money!): - cured meats - cheese selection - salad - dip - bread rolls - mini muffins - more fruit - orange juice - crispbreads - water crackers - I think there were some other things but I have forgotten and didn't take pictures

Perfect place to unwind
Reviewed By JamieT8175We spent 3 nights here to get away from it all and this is a great place to do that. We stayed in the purple cabin which is the largest and stands alone on one side of the pond. We fell asleep to the sound of frogs croaking. Vonnie & Neil are great hosts! Definitely opt for a home cooked dinner. Vonnie is a great cook and caters to all dietary issues and her breakfasts are sensational. It was a great place to relax and we even got to cuddle a Kangaroo Joey.
