Nice hotel, but the cat is the best
Reviewed By StanabamaThe Hampton Inn Norco is a nice hotel, though undergoing a bunch of remodeling. Pretty ordinary for the most part, average breakfast, some uninterested staff, construction. That said, two great features. Number one, is the cat. A stray has decided to call the hotel its home. She's figured out the doors and can find her way in and out and makes her home in the lobby and on guests laps. Incredibly sweet and makes the hotel feel like a home. Number two, is Nicole. Just an absolute ray of sunshine behind the front desk. Hope to see them both on our next visit!

Reviewed By 721bridgettewDuring my four-day stay, breakfast was not fully stocked, I didn't receive housekeeping, and I was told they did not have clean towels for two days straight. Initially, I assumed it was terrible timing. I travel a lot, and due to Covid-19, many hotels are understaffed and delayed shipment of their usual products. However, when I voiced my concern about housekeeping, the front desk staff told me that I only paid $95 per night to reserve the room despite the service being included. Based on his statement, he felt I wasn't entitled to the same services as other guests because I reserved my room at a lower rate. In addition, I am still wondering if my skin color played a role in the reason he chose to look at my billing statement instead of trying to address my concerns as a guest. His statement was inappropriate. I am still a paying guest and deserve to be treated as such. I will never return.

Our Howard Johnson Express Inn Norco hotel is 50 miles west of Los Angeles by highway, but a world away in attitude. Reviewed By I BThis hotel is a scam! Stay away! It’s very cheap and disgusting and They will falsely claim that you smoked inside the room to steal your deposit. I had never smoked in my life. Receptionist is extremely rude! There are much better hotels in the area. Do not ever stay here!

We will definitely staying here again and recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a good and very affordable place to stay.

Reviewed By Sam MDo not waste your money here. You are better off sleeping in your car. Rooms are filthy, floor is grimy, outlets, lights, hair dryer not working, sheets dirty, bathroom dirty, and extraordinarily rude, hostile owners. Also, there were exposed electrical wires in the bathroom. Felt unsafe at this sorry excuse for a motel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
