He was very warm & friendly and over & beyond his call of duty to make it a magical evening. The entire staff is very helpful at Double tree. Overall we had a great experience there.

Reviewed By pizza412I am a longtime HHonors member. I’ve stayed at dozens of Hamptons and Hiltons around the US. This one unfortunately was the worst I can remember. Old wooden doors from the 80s and mine had a large area of wood putty that wasn’t even painted. Wallpaper in room was ripped in several places. Bathroom wall repair had been spackled but not painted. Black mold on ceiling. Worst of all, AC did not work. Front desk didn’t care. Told me “We need a new chiller for some of the rooms. Guy coming next week.” So my room was 78 degrees. Also my son forgot his toothbrush. No problem with the Hilton hospitality guarantee, right? Wrong. This operator is too cheap to provide them. “Out of stock”. Even breakfast was skimpy compared to standard Hampton breakfast. No bananas or apples, no yogurt, no whip cream for waffles. Hilton, if you’re reading this, you need to inspect this hotel. It’s harming the Hampton brand. Oddly there is a Hilton Garden Inn directly behind this Hampton. amaybe better service there.

Reviewed By lhowe0816Poor customer service, rooms don’t get serviced when asked, when ask for someone to change bedding, sheets are just left in your room for you to do it, no room service, only services breakfast, one morning they were actually out of hot water for tea, pool is ice cold, business center is under plastic tarps, only 1 elevator works .. carpets need a good cleaning. Will NEVER stay here again

They don't usually offer one night reservations but when Jennifer asked about our needs we explained about our bad experience and canceled reservation. Jennifer was able to confirm a room and we were very pleased with everything at the facility. We would definitely return if we were in the area again.
