Reviewed By DaniTravels10I made an account here just so I could share how happy I am to have found this villa. My goodness what an absolute gem! It's like stepping into a Spanish dream. You can tell how much true love and care has been put into it - from the design and layout inside, to the level of cleanliness, to the beautiful garden and pool area. It's the kind of place that you just feel immediate peace and calmness in as soon as you get there. What fabulous nights I had of watching the sunset over the horizon from the spacious outdoor deck or on the comfy lounges by the pool, and then looking up at the night sky from my bedroom. The views from this place are just unreal. I can honestly say it was some of the best sleep of my life too. It's just exceptionally peaceful and tranquil and the bed was very, very comfy. I just loved all the little touches throughout and can not think of a single complaint. Everything I needed was there and the owners are absolutely lovely as well and so down to earth, which is just the cherry on top of the cake really. Highly recommended and can not wait to return!

AAA rated 4-1/2 star luxury accommodation for that special time away. Beach frontage property with views of Port Phillip Bay and striking sun sets. Only a short driving distances to Red Hill Wineries, thermal hot springs, rustic scenic walks or bike riding, local gourmet restaurants and craft markets. Suites are comfortably furnished with double en-suite spas and kitchenette. You not need to bring anything, just some time to relax.

Reviewed By clorwayStayed here for three nights after biking down from Melbourne. Morning breakfast was fresh and tasty and very accommodating of my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy free). Angelo was also very helpful with recommendations for the area. Highly recommend.

Reviewed By paulrY3567WKWe based ourselves at Mount Martha for a brief holiday on the Mornington Peninsula. The accommodation was perfect for a couple with stunning views over Port Phillip Bay and the local area. It is operated as a B&B with the owners living on the property too, however, they are very unobtrusive. The room is provided with breakfast options to have in your room, or you can drive 5 minutes down the road to the local shops for a meal. The pricing was a little on the high side, but appropriate for the area. At the time of our stay, there was construction going on next door and the owners very generously offered the contents of the mini-bar at no charge to compensate for this. Good parking is available on site and the rooms are accessed via the rear of the building. It is a 3 storey structure and the access is via a gravel path up the side. If you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues, this may be a problem for you. We would definitley stay here again as the location, views and room were all great.

If there is a reason to start doing do, it has to be this unforgettable and heart-warming experience during our stay at The Guest Room. From past reviews, one could surmise the immaculate conditions of this property. The kitchen is well stocked and the amenities provided exceed our expectation. There is a garden for the family to enjoy and henhouse to keep the kids entertained. The outdoor dining area + bbq pit complete the great vacation house facility. What stood out in this property is not the facilities/amentiies but the host (which I will name P). We carelessly left our driver’s licence at home and were in a fix. P went the extra mile to make arrangements to ensure that our planned activities were carried out. She also explored various alternative activities to cater to our family preferences. 2 unique Suites on the Esplanade directly opposite North Beach. A 15 minute strool to Mt Martha shopping centre. Bus at the front door to Morninton. Each suite individually fitted out with King bed,flat screen TV settee and small breakfast table with chairs. Seperate fully tiled bathroom with wc,walk in shower ,vanity.There is a kitchen sink,small fridge,toaster,kettle,micro wave,sandwich press with plates etc.
