Reviewed By jt9372022Don’t even do it. Not worth it. We have stayed here often from Ohio and they really tried to charge us for a legit service animal. The maintenance guy seems like a creepy predator. Toilet ran all night, couldn’t switch rooms because they said we don’t have any, but they did lol. This was all around bad. Never asked for the papers for the dog we have stayed and they never wanted them at checkout and was happy to see her before and now they tried to charge me for her?

Reviewed By AirborneLoyaltyStayed here upon entry a old gas station with no windows and graffiti, inside room no toilet paper, nast microwave with cockroaches, bed looked like remade, cockroaches in corner of room, trash can full never Emptied outside. No hot breakfast as advertised but coffee and juice with bagels wrapped in plastic and cereal some yogurt. See pictures room next to me a veteran also had shower back up around there ankles as well as there toilet I guess I drew the good room. Very sad. How can manager just keep making excuses? This is not right praying on interstate travelers. Do not stay here and don’t give up you credit card.

Nice place for the price
Reviewed By Mike1701Stayed here on my way to Cave City and was another nice stay. The front desk guy was friendly and got me checked in very quick and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I can see needs updated is the heating and ac unit. It was quite loud and needed a good cleaning but it did work. I had room 103 comfortable beds and lots of pillows.

Atrocious and miserable
Reviewed By sebastian1713Arrived here 3.11.22, at 1:20am and left about 10 minutes later due to stains and hair on the sheets, as well a mouse in the room. When we complained to the front desk they gave us a number to call and told us we would be refunded, called that number and were told there would be no refund because we left for "personal reasons". We left because the room atrocious and there was a rodent in the heater that ran out when we turned it on. Very disappointed in the lack of care and customer service. Would not recommend.
