Reviewed By jovert124131When you clime into bed and smell someone else's BO on the bedding, you know something is wrong with the management. Broken tiles in the bath room. Hot water absent even after running the tap for 5 minutes. Etc. etc.

We're off US-1, a short walk from shops and restaurants. Tanger Outlets, Rehoboth Beach, and Dewey Beach are within seven miles and are easy to access via the Coastal Highway. Reviewed By uparerikkalThe room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is reasonably new and clean. Pet friendly if you have pet. Good location for food and the beach access (you have to drive few miles). Reasonable complimentary breakfast. Overall a good hotel. Little pricy for a long weekend.

Reviewed By Sharon LWe are a couple that travels with dogs. It can be difficult to find accommodations that allow larger dogs. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet. Short drive to Lewes and Rehoboth. Highly recommend especially if traveling with dog children.

The rooms are large and *beautiful* and perfectly clean; the fantastic staff knows each room individually and will recommend the best one for your needs. The bathrooms are large, with unique lighting under the translucent sinks that made perfect "nightlights". We appreciated the separate "water closet". Sadly, the bed was the hardest piece of furniture in the room... the wife ended up on the couch. The wifi was slow when I could connect at all... my phone seems ok with it, but it refused to talk to my notebook at all. The few electrical outlets are mostly already in use; I unplugged the clock so I could charge my phone.
