The service is creepy in the restaurant, they seem to be robots, all the waiters say that there is no service or that you cannot, they do not look for a service solution as much as at breakfast and dinner, the manager or captain is still disrespectful and all tattooed to be a hotel it's in bad taste.

I had been following on Instagram wanting to stay here for ages. Welp- it is not as advertised whatsoever. The amenities and service does not exist they charge 500$ a night and you have to take your own luggage to and from your room. They do not clean everyday- you have to beg for it…. The pool does not have towels, or any kind of service the environment is estranged as I guess half the condos are owned privately, or rented through Airbnb and other outlets. The check in process is extremely confusing- and absorbed a lot of time, no guidance or flexibility…. The Instagram and website shows many amenities and activities available. There are none here, you are not allowed to use the beach club…. Unless you are a member but it is posted all over the website. There were a handful of maintenance issues, and critters occupied our room that were not taken care of quickly. No remorse or trying to satisfy the wrongs. Even though the hotel was Empty refused to switch rooms! We will not be back.. which is a shame bc we visit La Paz frequently on our boat. -Pita
