We are the only all-suite full-service hotel located in the heart of Southwest Florida, just minutes from RSW SWFL International Airport, FGCU Florida Gulf Coast University. Hertz Arena, area attractions, shopping, restaurants, beaches, golf, fishing and entertainment are nearby. Your stay includes a daily complimentary hot breakfast buffet. Enjoy dinner from our restaurant. All suites feature a separate bedroom, living room to include sofa sleeper, and wet bar equipped with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Our suites come with your choice of one king bed or two full double beds.
Stay was OK. Had maintenance problems that were not resolved.
Reviewed By paullD9292COWe had a clogged sink that was not fixed by the time we left two days later. We also were not given the Hilton honors check-in gift bag. We also found uur Kleenex box almost empty. The breakfast was decent and varied day by day and included sausages, eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. They also had an evening reception that was mostly soda, some chips, and possibly some beer (we didn't try the beer). The pool was small. The rooms were also very dark as the windows faced an enclosed indoor open space.

The staff were well trained, professional, articulate and eager to assist any way they could. The morning breakfasts were as good as any we have had at any 5 star hotels. The rooms were well equipped with large screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, radio/alarm. Well equipped gym, and double washer & dryers. Not sure about swimming pool. This is in the top 3 of all hotels we have stayed in. You won't be disappointed

We needed a place that had a good breakfast because we had an agenda each day and had a lot to get done, My husband is gluten intolerant and many hotel breakfasts consist of bagels and doughnuts. This Hyatt had the most amazing spread! Eggs, bacon, yogurt, nuts, granola!!! I would like to shot out the amazing crew of Clare, Sarah, Emma and Jackie that made our trip so much better!

A Wonderful Stay!!
Reviewed By lbrant826We were originally booked at a more upscale hotel in the area for 2 nights, but changed to Towneplace Suites because they couldn’t accommodate us for 3 nights. Towneplace Suites was able to, and were so glad it worked out that way! I am a Marriott member, and messaged the staff a few hours prior to our arrival, see if we could get a balcony room. They promptly replied that one was available and our room was switched for us! When we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff, who went over the hotel amenities etc., and to our surprise, handed us a cute gift bag with bottled water and snacks in it! Nice touch! Our room couldn’t have been more perfect! A nice balcony room overlooking a big beautiful pond ( we saw many beautiful birds, ducks, and turtles during our stay) a nice comfy bed, pretty bathroom with a big shower, a really cute kitchen with stainless steel appliances, desk area, and comfy couch! I read in another review the TV was in a bad place, and couldn’t be adjusted- which isn’t true. It pulls out from the wall so you can adjust it to wherever you’re sitting! While we aren’t big breakfast eaters, the hotel had a nice breakfast area, with a nice variety of things to choose from! This hotel is spotless clean, quiet, in a GREAT and really pretty area, with many restaurants, and every store imaginable just down the street! We absolutely loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about staying here!! A huge THANK YOU to all the staff for outstanding service!!

Reviewed By nermpookCheck-in was great. Chose this location due to the following day events for our vacation ready to start. Looking forward to a nice peaceful 1 day stay, The room was nice, clean and the bathroom had all the necessary accessories. Next day at breakfast the food selections were bacon warmed up, not fried, but greasy and runny scrambled eggs. No bread or bagels. When I asked the attendant did nothing but shake her head no. Seemed very annoyed anyone would ask a question like that. No butter, jelly or cream cheese, No fresh fruit. She did have hot coffee. Good thing there are other places to go near by. Check out was a feeling of no appreciation at all. No acknowledgment of even staying there, like "how was your stay? anything you might need? or most of all, Thank YOU for your visit can't wait for you to return." Not coming from that front desk person. What happened to management training their staff?? These 2 employees sure missed that day and apparently management felt they had a big enough resume to show nothing like that would be needed. Yes, Customer Service is a MUST for this type of business or any possible return business. You can bet this is my first and last stay. There are way too many other establishments that would have greatly appreciated my business and would have made me feel very welcomed verses too annoying to the staff.
