Inadequate
Reviewed By philmN5990WGNormally use Premier Inn a couple of times a year as accommodation is comfortable and reasonably priced. Visited Epsom Central which looked tired inside and out. Paid for breakfasts but cooker wasn't working so visited reception 3 times to ask for a refund. Staff were helpful but unable to process refund, was advised to contact call centre. To date I am still out of pocket to the tune of £38 for breakfasts we never had. Very dissappointed and will look elsewhere for hotel accommodation in future.

Comfortable budget Hotel
Reviewed By shellyh24For the price paid I was happy with the room. Just a few little things I would change. I would of liked an extra pillow, we each had 1 which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable, perhaps I should have asked for one? The TV volume I think was set so you can't turn it too high, either that or it's just an old TV, I could barely hear the film we were trying to watch. The breakfast was a bit of a let down. We all ordered on the sheets for the morning yet when it arrived it was all wrong. Its as if the night staff didn't even look at our order forms just put in what they had. There was quite a lot of things unavailable however we were not informed of this until I noticed a lot missing from our order and had to walk to reception and ask. Not enough milk given for the cereal, hot drinks machine wasn't working, no eggs and no alternative offered... Staff were nice and the room was clean which was good and we were close to Chessington which is why we were down that way.

Noise!
Reviewed By GrgggggggRang ahead and was promised a room facing front to avoid dreadful noise of trains from the rear. Was told I'd have room 504 which faces front. Was allocated 510 which does not (though I did not know this when I checked in). Noise normally does not worry me, but this is prodigious! Clatter, bang, screech from 5am to past midnight. Warm weather, so could not keep window closed. Great pity, because in other respects, this Travelodge is fine.

False Advertising
Reviewed By FrankiewhooWe booked this hotel because of the nice pictures that were on the web site. It showed plenty of parking and the rooms looked good. When we arrived the property looked like 2/3rds of it had been sold off, very little parking and the room we were given was dirty and nothing like the web pictures. My wife was in tears so we left. I told the owner about his web site pictures to which he replied that the site was being updated. To the owners credit he did refund our money promptly. That is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.
