Central, efficient and comfortable
Reviewed By 447iaintWe stayed for one night. The hotel has secure parking behind a coded barrier. It is centrally located and very convenient. We had a comfortable, good sized room, with a firm mattress and a window that opened. And a good shower. Really excellent cooked breakfast. I’d certainly stay again.

Reviewed By Magz16Only one night, but it was wonderful. Staff were attentive, and helpful. Room very comfortable, shower brilliant. Dogs were very content too. Evening meal was great. Husband couldn't finish his. The first time in 70 years he left food. I was struggling too, but they boxed it up for us to carry out. Breakfast was amazing, and once again, could not be faulted. I can't recommend it enough. Close to many amenities.

Reviewed By sarahanddarrenGood place to stay as part of a tour of Scotland. We came to Ellon to visit the Brewtap, so the Buchan was perfect place to stay. Service was good, room, clean and comfortable, and breakfast OK in the morning

Reviewed By RichtAberdeenshireVisited for a family celebration. Two course meal, the staff are friendly, however, very disjointed service. Room set out in tables of six. Our table, everybody landed eating at different times because service was so poor. Some main courses arrived, no vegetables. Had to ask for veg, by this time some folk had nearly finished their main. ? Frozen fish. Just over six potatoes for six people and similar small portion with veg........once they eventually arrived. Not ideal dining experience

Reviewed By Steve MA beautiful cosy B&B with a nice surrounding garden. Jo, who runs it is very friendly and we have become good friends with her as its our 3rd visit over the past few years. The breakfast is amazing with loads to chose from. From a dimple cereal to a full cooked breakfast. It's clean and well kept with everything you need and is close to the Brewdog brewery if you are in the area for this, this place is ideal.

Reviewed By auntiesweepWe had the perfect stay here. It's literally walking distance to Eat on the Green (#kiltedchef, and our host offered us umbrella's (it's Scotland the heaven's opened..). Room 2 is beautifully appointed. Such a lovely welcome and in the morning such a wonderful vibe, felt like vip family, thoroughly recommend Alba House.
