Mountain Centre Petehovac located in the beautiful Croatian mountain region Croatian called Gorski Kotar. It can be reached within minutes from Delnice by car up the hill, along the paved road. Mountain Lodge is at an altitude of 1034m and surrounded by pure and unspoiled nature, the diversity of flora and fauna and many biking and hiking trails. The view from our hill is fantastic for relaxing and on our terrace you can use our holiday loungers.Inside the building there are 12 rooms with 30 beds capacity, but they soon will be increased to 60 beds. The rooms have been recently renovated and are always impeccably clean, as well as their bathrooms. Restaurant capacity of 100 people, open daily from 13 - 21h offers local specialties such as venison stew with gnocchi, mushroom soup, wild berries strudel.Our staff is nice and friendly and they will gladly help you to organize your activities and trips around the region.

Reviewed By miamZ1185ZOWe arrived for lunch. Only one table was taken when we arrived. We waited for the soup 40 minutes. Main course was not at the table after more than an hour. No apologies were offered by the staff. When we asked when are we to get our meal, the waiter sad its crowed. But we arrived second and other tables were seved by this time. We decided to go eat elswhere. If you are hungy avoid. Or order 2 hours in advance... We were here once before. The food was good, but also waited longer than usual. Needs better management. The waiter went out several times carring ony one plate or only mustart, or a single salat indicating the food was not ready.

Reviewed By 410sa_a_Contrary to some previous reviews we had great experience with hotel staff that was very friendly and hospitable. We are vegetarians (eating dairy products) and thought it would be complicated with our meals (breakfast and dinner) - but all were very cooperative and interested to please us to the best of their capacity. We loved it....

Ha coccolato e accolto con gioia anche il nostro Leonberger senza nessun supplemento. Tutto bello. Accoglienza meglio dell'hilton per la moltitudine di cioccolatini

Reviewed By ivicaj2016Great place for escape in nature. Mountains all arround. Very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts are very friendly wuth very friendly dog. Stunning location! The views from the terrace are incredible. I recomend it.

just one night
Reviewed By 56AndreaD56We stayed in this hotel just one night, coming back from Zadar. Our room was on 2nd floor, under the roof, it was clean and tidy with a small toilet with shower. Furniture were a bit old (expecially the double bed) but comfortable. There was also a big tv, but we not turned it on. Breakfast was served in big room and was quite simply but tasty (milk, chocolate, butter, cheese, ham, fruit...). The only negative thing we found is that there is no reception, so we had to ask the girl at the bar (on the ground floor) about our reservation while she wwas serving customers.
