We were booked for a two night stay. We were out all day on our first day and returned after 7pm to an uncleaned room. I called reception to inquire as to why our room had not been cleaned, to be told that I had to request a room clean. This was not explained to us during the check in process and not mentioned in the documentation received during the check-in. I escalated the issue to the duty manager with no satisfaction. All he wanted to offer was for a cleaner to come to the room at that stage of the evening. I was travelling with a toddler and it was his bed time so it was not suitable for a cleaner to come in. Plus having a stranger come in would of unsettled my toddler so close to bed time. The duty manager never asked if we needed towels, toilet roll etc. The duty manager’s handling of my issue was very disappointing. Upon check out I raised the issue again and the receptionist took my details and advised another duty manager would call me. Its now 36 hrs since I checked out and no one bothered to contact me. Very poor customer service.

I stayed in this hotel at the end of Feb even though I live just 20 mins away. I stayed because my children were in a dance competition and had hair and makeup at 5am. I booked in on the Friday and to be fair the bar staff and food was really good. That's were the 'good' ended. I went to our room to get an early night and there was an alarm going off outside. None of us could sleep when i asked to be moved I was told they couldn't as there were no more rooms. This alarm went on until I left on Sunday morning. I actually went home on the Saturday night despite paying for 2 nights as we couldnt sleep. I discussed it with the manager the next day and I was told they were sorry but not their fault and in pigeon english emailed me an explanation. I would never under any circumstances stay here again - it was by no means cheap and they way we were treated was appauling. I have spoken to people since that have stayed there and some of them experienced this Alarm also. Such a shame as we would have used it a few times a year but I'd rather sleep in a tent.

Myself and a large group of my friends stayed here for the Ed Sheeran concert and really can not recommend the hotel enough. For such a large group of us nothing was too big of an ask. We ate in the bar and everything was amazing. The food was top notch and Ash that served us was brilliant. We have to mention Ian the night porter. Such a gentleman and again nothing was too much for him. Would 100% recommend this hotel again for anyone staying in the Dublin area. Rooms are great, food was amazing but what makes it even better is the staff are brilliant.

When I booked this hotel it was telling me that there was a restraunt when we checked in yesterday we went down to get dinner after travelling and were told the restraunt is closed and won't be open till 8pm.. I don't drive and there was no where close where we could get food I was very annoyed by this also the breakfast this morning was awful the sausages were stink! There is nothing but homeless people everywhere which is very off putting and some of them are quiet intimidating & there children are running around the hotel corridors banging doors and one child was actually going up and down the lift on a scooter I definitely would not visit here again and wouldn't recommend it for the money that we paid when you can't even eat in the place.
