Reviewed By NadiamirandaThis is a modest hotel in a small town. This being said, you won't keep high expectations. However, the facilities are more than good, the location was excellent for my purposes, the air conditioning works well, the Wi-fi is good, the room is comfortable and the hotel is safe. Most of all, what I want to bring to your attention is the excellent breakfast and the ”mineiro style”. Rafael, Neto and Gabriel - the receptionists - were welcoming, helpful, always with a smile, and eager to make me feel as safe and comfortable as possible. If I have to return to Caratinga, I'll most definitely be staying there again, the service is their big charm.

Reviewed By tiago fI stay there for three nights on day two I had a good old friend visiting me on the afternoon the manager call my room to let me know they will charge me extra because I had a guest I said fine but was very awkward my guest felt so embarrass to cause me extra charge,the manager said it would be 40 reais extra when I went to pay she said it was 70 reais because it was over three hours visit,not professional . Just make sure you double check every fee before you stay there! Claudiane was very nice The whole time she should run that place!

Reviewed By WhisselyYour options are limited in Caratinga and your best option is not to even stay there. If you must, Vind's will probably be your only option. Rooms are simple, towels are basic, hot water is plentiful but can take up to 5 minutes to come through the faucet. There is parking on the premesis. Internet works decently and breakfast is served as of 6 AM, so you can leave town early!
