I agree with another review that this hotel is very difficult to locate and they do need a sign. It sits hidden among trees. However, when you get there you will find the location is very quiet. Reception was good, and the lobby and elevator were very clean. The room was large and it was the first hotel on our trip to furnish a laundry bag. Beds were very comfortable and the lighting was good. Takes a little while for the hot water to reach the 3rd floor but not overly long. Plenty of outlets to hook up your devices etc. More then the norm. The TV remote was broken but still worked.

We showed up for our reserved handicapped accessible room at the Sleep Inn in the same building. The Sleep Inn did not have any. Finally, they were able to get us a room in the Mainstay Suites in the same property, but the room had only one chair--the desk chair. They had a nice kitchen with service for two, but there was no table or chairs for eating, and the room had plenty of room for eating. The light was so dim I had to use my cellphone flashlite to read some of my work documents. There was no place to read a book and no light suitable for reading. Finally, the sliding bathroom door broke, trapping me inside. the management had to send someone to rescue me. The bathroom had a linen closet but no towel rods.

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and at night there was a lot of partying and loud music. Management and Staff did nothing about the noise complaints. You can hear it from the 3rd floor and we were on the 2nd floor. Kleenex and other supplies was not being stock. I had only a 1/2 roll of tissue on the roller that I used up and no backup tissue and the Kleenex was completely empty. The room was comfortable but there are things at this hotel that need to be addressed.

It was late at night and I was tired. This was the first motel I came to and stopped. I wish I hadn't! The room smelled BADLY. When I threw back the covers, the sheets were dirty and had fecal matter on them. Besides that, the television did not work, there was no WiFi and the telephone didn't work. The pillows consisted of two upholstered bolsters in a pillowcase!!! Who DOES THAT? I stayed long enough to wash my face and packed up my car, turned in my key and left. I told the innkeeper that the room was disgusting and he offered me a PILLOW!!! No way would I sleep in that room. As tired as I was, I drove another 100 miles home. This place should be condemned!!!
