Disappointing
Reviewed By Lachance16For the price this was a disappointing stay. First, the water coming from the sink faucet was sputtering (as when there is air in the lines) a lot and the water coming out was yellow-brown. I even filled a cup to take it down to the reception desk to show him. Receptionist was nice enough but no real explanation. After letting the water run for about 5 minutes or more, it improved. Second, the hallway and room on our floor (2nd floor) was VERY warm and the air conditioning was not cooling it down (fan blowing but no cool air). I mentioned this also to the front desk and was told that I was not the first guest to mention it and there was apparently a technical issue that was not resolved. He suggested opening the window but it was warm and humid and the last thing we wanted were mosquitoes! I spent an hour sitting in the stairwell where it was much cooler and neither of us slept much at all. Third, we had a very early flight out which is why we booked this hotel in the first place, but were informed upon checking in that the airport shuttle began only at 6:30 AM. That was a good half hour after we needed to be there. This seems odd to me to advertise having a shuttle, knowing full well many people book airport hotels because of early (or late) flights and not have transportation available. We had a thunderstorm during the early morning - thankfully it stopped just in time for us to walk the 10 min to the airport. Not a big deal but if it had been raining or if we had had much more luggage it would have been a very big inconvenience we did not anticipate. We have had better stays at airport hotels for less money.

Reviewed By wimpaltsNice spot and the hotel had all I needed for the time I was there. the terrace was a nice place to be. the(bath)room had all I needed and was very clean. I felt very welcome although I was only there for one night.

Unable to cater to international customers
Reviewed By colaslgI booked this hotel for an Spanish speaking guest. The website indicated that the room was paid for but the clerk said that it was not the case. Nobody spoke spanish and my guest tried to reach me so that I resolve the situation. As her phone did not have coverage in France she showed them my phone number and tried to ask them for wifi so that she could call me but they made no effort whatsoever to understand. After a few hours tried to solve the issue, I booked a room in another hotel (150 instead of 70) similarly to another recent review. I've sent a complaint via B&B Hotels and am awaiting a response.

Reviewed By jimfR1704WPArrived at the Hotel at 00.30am for what we thought would be a few hours sleep, before driving home, but the guests in the rooms below had other ideas! Constant banging on doors & shouting all through the night, still going on when we left in the morning! Dark & Dingy when we checked in, stairwells unlit, would not recommend this hotel at all!

Great price for a decent hotel near the airport
Reviewed By Seren_dipity10000Had evening meal there and found it good, except for the salad buffet which we didn’t try as it wasn’t very appealing. Desserts were delicious! Room was standard. Tea & coffee maker, nice bathroom, somewhat limited TV channela, good wifi. Definitely nothing fancy but clean and nice & warm on a very cold day. We paid 49€ for two on a Sunday night!
