Great place with huge beach potential..but...
Reviewed By ke99Location was great and convenient. Units are almost like new, with a few flaws in design or construction, but nothing major. Beach has all the potential to become a real family attraction. Unfortunately, a ATV/Buggy entrepreneur/business was parked directly in front of the access gate to the beach. Personal opinion, quite disappointed as safety is a major concern, sounds of waves hitting the shores were overcome by sound of these ATVs and Buggies, potential pollution from oil spillage is definitely a possibility. Management and/or Municipal Council should not allow such activities on a beach where families can rest and retreat. These activities should be off the beach, not on the beaches. Hopefully this can be addressed, as TImurbay has all the potential.

Great Value Chalet With Amazing Private Beach
Reviewed By tengkuiskhandarStayed here for 2 nights with my wife and toddler. Check in 22/1/2019. PROS 1. Room decor is well-thought and pleasant. 2. Clean amenities, room and quality bedding. 3. There's a private beach just at the back of the chalet, with a wonderful swing-bed. The beach is clean and beautiful, 4. Speedy check-in and check-out process. 5. Abundant parking during regular, non-peak season. 6. 12 minutes drive to Cherating - if you're driving and prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of nightlife Cherating but still want to experience what Cherating has to offer, this accommodation might be a good option for you. 7. As said above, chalet surroundings is very quiet (during the non-peak season during our visit) so it's perfect to relax and chill. CONS 1. Not really a real negative point, but for those not acquainted enough with nature - monkeys and (big) lizards might occasionally roam the chalet grounds. We don't mind though as we love nature and animals. 2. Staff friendliness so-so and subpar. Doesn't even bother offering to help carry our bags. 3. No cupboard & refrigerator. 4. Both regular and child swimming pools at the center of the chalet grounds does not look to be cleaned regularly. We just took a dip once during our 3d2n stay. CONCLUSION Great value chalet that offers a beautiful private beach and the surrounding village has some hidden gems in terms of food and restaurants. Great for families that love beaches and the sea.
