Our hotel has 22 suites. 8 of these suites have 2 bedrooms and a living room. 16 of these suites have a bedroom and a living room. The hotel provides only room or bed and breafast accommodations.
The Elada is a nice place to stay in a pretty little seaside village in Southern Turkey. We chose it as an alternative to staying in Antakya. The hotel itself is suitable, but I wouldn't call it "luxury." The staff and downstairs cafe, the beautiful beach steps away, and proximity to Antakya are worth staying here for. It is also a good value, and English speaking staff is available. The units have kitchens, air conditioning, and nice bathrooms. The cleanliness was lacking, but we talked to the manager and it was taken care of right away. My husband and I enjoyed hanging out in the downstairs cafe drinking superb Americanos and Lattes. We loved the town! Friendly people, beaches galore, lots of restaurants, what's not to love?

I came across the Palm Beach hotel in Arsuz quite unexpectedly. It was a night time, and I was tired having a long drive from Mardin to Iskenderum. I was driving along the sea shore line in Hatay province looking for a relaxing place to stay for a couple of nights trying to stay as close to the beach area as possible. Unfortunately, the hotels I spotted on the way turned out to be located either too dirty or across the road, quite away from the sea. At some moment it seemed I had no chance to get something worthy. But the goddess of Fortune smiled to me, and I stumbled in a hotel I liked at the very first glance and stayed in there three nights instead of one. Briefly, the Palm Beach hotel has it is сharm which is felt in every detail: replica of some famous Hellenistic Greek frescoes on the walls of the main building, a lot of flowers, much greenery, and two pines giving the tremendous smell of their needles all around. My room turned out cozy, clean, comfortable and overlooking the sea. To my suprise, the price was reasonable, I would even say cheap as for the good services provided. In the morning, the hotel appealed even much more: excellent private beach, equipped for every taste of any sun bathers. There is a smal but clean swimming pool. Since my priority is swimming in the sea for long distances, the seafloor highs by the hotel's beach turned out flat enough. So, I swam the whole days long, and it was a real pleasure. In addition, the breakfast was fresh and reach every morning. In the evening time, they served excellent and inexpensive dinner a la cart. As a former journalist, I have a sharp eye and I saw how the personnel of the hotel is well trained. For instance, the hotel executive manager named Zeynel seemed to be staying awake 24 hours. I wondered if the guy ever comes to sleep? Out of curiousity, I stuck my nose to every corner and I found out that the owner of the Palm Beach Hotel is a woman named Loret. Well, it shined to me in a moment why the hotel is so well kept with so many smelling flowers, much of greenery, nice antique frescoes on the walls and clinliness all around. So, whenever a woman with a taste cares for a business it is seen immediately providing a traveler a feeling of staying like at home.

A delightful boutique hotel in an area well off the beaten track in Turkey. Very reasonably priced; not luxurious but immaculately clean and tidy. Big pool. Restaurant/bar with a perfectly good selection of food and drinks from dawn to late at night. Staff and Management very helpful and friendly. No problem for them to sort out my connection to the airport. Short walk to the beach. Not the Caribbean, but lovely to be on sand in the sea, unlike many Turkish beaches. Short ride to the delightful old town of Arsuz with its plentiful restaurants, from local donner kebabs to Fine Dining.
