Reviewed By marktN7372YWNo English. Menu same lunch and dinnner all days. Menu vwey poor selection for European. Most facilities advertised no longer exist or not available inc room service. Internet veey very slow and poor including in Suites where we stayed the van gogh - jacuzzi in room only on or off from plug no settings function. Tv local only no netflix etc although shown. Premises are beautiful as is location however services are what makes and breaks and this is very obviously a family hotel casually run for local passing trade rather than international guests veey sad as premises deserve better

Hotel from hell!
Reviewed By martinkR5807ZRI made a booking at this hotel for 2 nights with Expedia. Upon arrival the hotel tried to give me a room in the basement. When I asked for another room, they tried to charge me a supplement for changing the room. The room categories don't match with what is shown on Expedia, which means they can give you whatever they want. And if you don't like what you see, you have to pay extra. I have never seen a hotel like this before. No interest to please the customer.

Pousada Aracê - excellent option close to the Pedra Azul State Park entrance with own bus stop
Reviewed By martinkohlerOnly 1 km from the entrance to the Pedra Azul State Park entrance at km 87 of BR 262 (right at the bus stop), this friendly familly run business offers attractive log cabins and a warm and friendly welcome. Carol speaks excellent english and is very helpful.
