Alexandra Hotel is a beautifully renovated boutique hotel. We are open for accommodation 7 days, the kitchen is open for Dinner Thursday - Saturday, Lunch Saturday and Sunday, Breakfast on Weekends between 9am-11.30am. There are 6 charming & eclectic accommodation rooms with ensuites (3 Queen, 3 Double) and a variety of areas for functions and events. This venue recently won Best tourism Restaurant & Standard Accommodation (3star) categories at the RACV State tourism awards and is the most beautiful in town, with a gorgeous courtyard, a dining room, bar, serving great food, craft beers, local wines & other beverages from wide and far. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Reviewed By Tim CLocated in the heart of Alexandra, this small hotel caters to those who want a more intermate experience than a motel. Be warned that the rooms are small with very small en-suites, but clean and tastefully furnished. The restaurant is popular with locals, so book ahead - its worth it and the breakfasts are also a delight. IF you are doing the Victorian cycle trail, they also provide a cycle lockup with charging points for the ebikes - we would stay here again.

A busy family owned hotel with well maintained 11 rooms of accommodation and continental breakfast included. Renovated in 2018, in historic pub style The Corner Hotel Alexandra has accommodation for all budgets - a beautiful King or Queen Suite down to a very affordable basic pub rooms (all clean and fresh). We are right on the main corner of Alexandra central to everything and provide a basic continental breakfast. Our renovated bar and dining have great food, interesting local beers and wines and a great friendly atmosphere. Enjoy local produce and wines in front of the fire or on pour gorgeous balcony. We'd love to see you.

Reviewed By ExploesomemoreGood bistro. The hotel has been restored to a point but could use more TLC. Friendly staff. The outside rooms have quite a lot of truck and car noise. Had to turn the fridge off in our room off over night as it was noisy. Nice verandah and Breakfast was supplied. Would recommend ensuite room. Not an easy access place.

At Alexandra Motel and Motor Inn guests can relax in the grassed courtyard area, which has a swimming pool, while the kids run off all their energy on the children's playground. Just 400-metres from the Town Centre, this property offers free parking. This motel is located in Alexandra, in the foothills of Australia's Great Dividing Range. It is an hour drive from both north-east of Melbourne and the snowfields. Each unit has its own en suite and features reverse cycle air-conditioning, a large plasma TV, radio, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave and a refrigerator. All accommodation has both garden and pool views.

Reviewed By OldjackThis was an older-style motel and a little dark inside but it was clean and neat and the gardens and pool were very well maintained and a good place for a short stay in Alexandra. It was older-style in appearance and fit out but still copmfortable. The internet was a little spotty at times but a good place for a short stay in Alexandra. You may do better , but probably not at similar prices.

Studio was spacious, clean and well equipped
Reviewed By BacklaterMelbourneI stayed in Studio 3 (the largest). This is in a block of three (party wall on one side). Plenty of parking. Deck outside. King or Queen sized (not sure!) adequate bed. Well kitted out kitchen (I baked cookies in the oven, for instance). Not oversupplied with kitchen kit, but all the basics and more. Really bright, clean, well organised studio. I don't think there is WiFi but Optus 4G signal was strong. Helpful lady on reception. Very good location for town and the Alexandra Timber Tramway and Museum. The cabins are adjacent and looked standard from outside. Can't comment on campsite. I stayed just after the Covid lockdown ended, so it was very quiet.
