A jumping-off point for ferries to the Hebridean Islands, the port town of Oban offers a picturesque bayside setting. It's worth catching a later boat to take in the town's stately Victorian architecture, bounty of seafood restaurants, and good pubs.

The shop is beautifully decorated, stock is always changing so every visit is a little different. Owner is very friendly and helpful. A beautiful touch is the option of gift wrapping, done to a beautiful standard. A must visit when in Oban.

Made in Argyll offers a wide range of locally crafted gifts and affordable prices.
WE visited this little shop in October and also February this year.In October I bought a lot of gifts for friends for Christmas (most inexpensive) My friends were delighted with jellewery, scarves, knitwear and earrings, all hand made.In February we bought a few trinkets and I can honestly say the quality is first class. This little gem is at the pier/railway station. I think it is fairly new and will be visiting again next time we are in Oban
