Great independent local toy shop, plenty of choice and value for money. Much prefer this to big department stores and it's supporting the local area.

Lovely park! Well maintained hardly any littler there.in summer the flowers look lovely. Plenty to do as there are 2 big fileds,basketball court,tennis courts (need to pay to access those though) play ground area for bigger childen,play ground area for smaller children. Lovely family atmosphere

I was looking for somewhere for an early birthday celebration and whilst this wasn't my first choice, I'm sure glad myself and my partner went here. Great location just on the waterfront and within decent walking distance from the central part of the seafront. Was a bit frustrating having to sign up as a member just because I was under 25, the rationale behind this hadn't been explained and since I only wanted to eat in the restaurant I felt this was unnecessary but who am I to argue with the casinos procedures and thankfully the process was pretty painless. Having forgotten it was a Sunday we were eating we were surprised when we were given the Sunday lunch/dinner menu rather than the one regular menu. But oh my god, the Sunday roast was the best roast I've ever had! I couldn't have asked for a better early birthday dinner! Amazing food, impeccable service and great location! Even though Southend is a bit of a distance from me will definitely visit again for Sunday dinner and their standard menu!
