beautiful tropical gardens right on the banks of the Daly river quiet lots of wildlife how the bush used to be.A holiday from your Holiday.
We had spent time in Darwin and felt we had not experienced the real NT and recalled a fellow travellers comments about Perry’s on the Daly. A couple of hours drive from Darwin gets you to Daly River and then the adventure begins when you arrive

This is a wonderful place to stay for a nice relaxing break. The sites are great, lots of green grass, facilities and very clean and well kept and the staff are amazing! Thank you Lee for looking after us - while this is not our first visit and certainly not our last we are always surprised by how great it all looks each time with subtle changes making it better and better. Of course the fishing would be great but it was not that sort of visit for us this time, we were happy to follow the beautiful shade, read and chat. Thank you Mango Farm, see you again soon!

Banyan Farm Tourist Park is situated on the banks of the Daly River, 6km's along Woolianna Road. We have large shady and grassed powered sites and various styles of cabin accommodation. With a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, private boatramp & mooring pontoons we are the perfect base for a chance to catch a barra! Wally's Bistro is opened 6 days a week. Other facilities include a pool, walking trails around private billabongs, telstra mobile service and a park based fishing guide.
Decided to head down to Banyan Farm for a weekend away with the family. It's a brilliant spot. Close to the water for those who like to fish, the grounds are nice, spacious, all the sites are shaded and spacious. The Sunday roast was amazing. Nice clean amenities. Our site was a bit dusty, but that's what you get in the dry season but the majority were grassed. All sites powered but bring a double tap adapter as out site only had a single water outlet, not an issue if your got your own water as it's not drinkable unless you filter it. There is fresh water available, so again, not an issue. Amazing pool area, even with some renovations going on. The owners are super nice and helpful, even with our late arrival. For those who haven't been, give yourself some time as the road from Adelaide River out to Daly River is narrow and windy. Will definitely be back.

We stayed 3 nights and could easily have done more. Excellent hosts that keep a beautifully maintained park. Can see why people stay for months at a time. Located right on the Daly it’s an excellent fishing location. Hubby caught a good size Barra on our first night right off the bank.

We are a Melbourne family of five just returned from travelling in the NT. We stayed in 'Barra Barn' for two nights as part of our road trip and enjoyed every minute! The facilities are scrupulously clean and green. We enjoyed our spacious and private verandah furnished with a dining table and bbq. Jennie could not have been more hospitable and kind, despite the fact that she was run off her feet with other guests. She cooked barramundi for all on our first night and supplied a bbq pack and a delicious home made salad for our second. She even organised dessert! She organised a day fishing on the Daly, skippered by Trevor, which was one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn't recommend a stay at Lee and Jennie's more highly.
