Located near to main market so easily reached there. Room was spacious and cleaned. Food also available at reasonable rate and it was tasty. I was happy with my stay.

Reviewed By Parth101Goof option for stay in Bilaspur. Very good hotel with all basic amenities. Staff was dedicated and friendly. I have booked room for my two day stay. Really it was comfortable. Entrance was very nice. Food available at reasonable rate.

not the best of places to stay in
Reviewed By gypsy23097located quite centrally on a major thoroughfare and close to the main market areas, this hotel which has changed hands recently, is excellently located. seems like it was an upmarket and popular haunt in its days. but is only a pale shadow of the original now. though they have a lot of rooms, most of those are in pathetic shape. even where renovation has been done, its only in bits. in some the room is excellent, but the bathroom is in lousy condition. in others the bath has been renovated but the room still has decade old furniture & curtains that stink. and the prices for those rooms is quite fancy. not a value for money proposition at all. the change of management has also affected their room service - food quality and delivery timings & options. the staff are too young, inexperienced or indifferent to care. while the intention to be helpful is there, they either do not have the wherewithal or the infrastructure to back it up. the wi-fi does not work. for example. there is no proper / dedicated dining room. breakfast is slow and very average in terms of spread and taste. overall a place to avoid unless you are in dire need of a room. after renovation is complete however, it could well regain lost glory

Reviewed By sony212002I am sitting right now inside the hotel to attend engagement function. But what I see, no waiters are wearing mask and gloves there. And they serve all the eating items including water. During the period of Corona virus,it is the duty of hotel staff and waiters to be hygiene.
