Killington, at the heart of the Green Mountains, is a natural paradise all year round. During the winter, Killington is one of the world's largest and most diverse ski areas, with miles and miles of trails dedicated to downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. When the snow melts, Killington transforms into the home of two PGA golf courses, and spectacular hiking and biking trails through Northern sections of the Appalachian Trail.

This place had a friendly atmosphere, best pizza, and bartenders. The new management has really turned this place around. It is fun filled for all whether it be happy hour with friends or family dining. There was an arcade to occupy my kids while my husband and I had some adult beverages and listened to the music. The pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. The menu even allows for gluten free crust. This is definitely my go to.. and did I mention clean and the brick oven!!!yum

Went to Pickle Barrel for the first time at the end of the Ski Season this year. Came here after dinner and didn't know what to expect, but let me tell you, it was the best part of the trip. The Pickle Barrel has everything from food, to drinks (they've got 2 bars on either side of the nightclub), and the best part is the rockin' dance floor that switches between a DJ spinning fire Top Hits and then a live band going hard with one after another throwback jams. A couple of drinks to get going and then we couldn't stop ourselves from dancing and singing along the whole night through. Honestly one of the best nightclub experiences I've had. It's just a place where you can't help but to have fun!
