We would like to welcome your coach and passengers to Beverley... our market town which has beauty in abundance. With an awe-inspiring Minster, historical buildings, fantastic designer and independent shops, buzzing Saturday Market and vast selection of restaurants, cafes, delis, bars and pubs, your passengers are invited to wander the picturesque streets and enjoy their time with us. To make the experience memorable and kind on the pocket we have introduced a coach campaign specific to Beverley.
Have visited Beverley before on a day trip and used the Tourist Information on that occasion and was very impressed. Having a few days there this time I visited again and have to say that the service, friendliness and knowledge of the staff is some of the best that I have experienced in the country. They really do know what to do and see and although they don't need to, refer to leaflets which they point out to you showing what options are available to you in your time there. They also note down things that you may need such as telephone numbers and opening times and tell you of things that are happening in the area that you would not discover by chance. The Town Trail leaflet was a particular hit and ensured that you saw all the points of interest in the town. Excellent service once again!

The Welcome Information Centre is based at the front of Hull Paragon Interchange and we serve visitors to the city and local residents with up-to-date information on events, exhibitions, tours and trails within the region.
This information centre is so well located in the foyer of the Railway/Bus Interchange and bristling with leaflets galore on the City and area around Hull. With staff who are helpful and efficient.

Such a pleasant change to come into a TIC and have the staff come out of their way to welcome you to the town, and ask you what you wanted to do, and then gave you excellent advice on how to achieve it. The lady here was on her own, but took time and trouble to recommend things to us to make the most of our visit. We were provided with appropriate and well written maps and leaflets too on all the places we showed interest of. As it turned out we followed her advice and caught a bus into Old Bridlington, and had a superb afternoon. The following day, again following her suggestion, we visited Sewerby Hall and this too was first class. So the TIC here we really felt deserved an excellent rating. If I have any recommendation it would be to ensure the Centre has more adequate signage in the town to lead you there as we had to ask passers by to be directed to it, although it's easy to find it if you know it's right on the prom.
