There is rich and beautiful history within Lagos’ 14th century walls, from its fortress to picturesque churches like Medieval São João Hermitage and the 17th-century São Sebastião. But that’s all appetizer. People come here for a main-course coastal buffet featuring more than a half-dozen beautiful beaches. Quiet sandy coves are sandwiched between dramatic cliffs. The sandy 2.5-mile stretch of Meia Praia caters to every water sport imaginable. And when you’ve had your fill, you can digest your day with some of the best nightlife in the Algarve region.
Restaurants in Lagos

This B&B is perfectly located for visiting Lagos. Close to beaches, restaurants and bars. Room was clean and breakfast was tasty. I had a unshared bathroom with my room that was located in the hallway. It came with a key so I could lock it when I left the B&B for the day. Would definitely recommend.

This accomodation is in a very quiet location. The host 'George' is very helpful, along with his elderly mother Virginia who is a lovely little old lady, and never seems to stop. She doesn't speak English unfortunately, but was always welcoming, even though we arrived very late at night.. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also very clean. We had a free run of the house, and could have used the kitchen if we had wanted to. Downside: Needs new and more pillows in the room. House sounds very hollow, and when a door bangs it sounds throughout the house. can be quite disturbing if someone is leaving early and you're trying to have a lie in. No TV or WIFI. But to be fair this is budget and right on the money.

The apartment was generally good. Big enough for a couple. It was clean, though the shower courtain was dirty. The bed wasnt comfortable, but enough for a good sleep, besides there were many pillows. The location isnt bad, it iss 5 minutes from Lagos, at Luz there isnt much to see; and it is wonderful to visit either West and South. The pool was nice, a bit small but enough to spend some time. The bbq was quite interesting also. The only problem and a thing we didnt like at all, is that as there are 6 apartments together, the neighbours are too close and in some there were kids and they were a bit noisy, so it wasnt quite and relax time. Free wifi, but weak signal. Finally, the apartment was good. The service was good according to the price. Staff was nice and accessible. I would recommend it for people that are going to spend more time out visiting beaches and use it to sleep, have breakfast and rest.

I have just stayed there for the last 7 days, and what a lovely quiet place. Nuno the member of staff was so very friendly and helpful. The town centre and beach are about a 10 minute walk and beautiful. Room clean every day, Excellent Wi-Fi. Large supermarket about 15-20 minute walk away but a Spar just around the corner and not bad prices for a local shop. Couldn't off asked for a nicer places to stay and would definitely recommend it.
