Reviewed By ljw1262When we arrived into the room, the bathroom shower was dirty. There were dishes in the dishwasher that we had to figure out clean/dirty? The mattress was total crap, no support, should be thrown out along with the sheets that were so stretched out they wouldn't stay on correctly. Next morning, coffee maker tripped the GFI outlet in the kitchenette then the smoke alarm went off for no apparent reason. Stayed on for about 10 minutes. Called the front desk 3 times, no answer. Left a message, no response. Went down to front desk, found Clerk jaw jacking with another employee in the breakfast area. She indicated that she walked our hallway but couldn't figure out why the smoke alarm went off. I informed her we would not be staying another night as we had planned. Never again.

Reviewed By Jennifer TNewish hotel with a sort of modern feel. We only stayed for about 10 hours due to an overnight flight stopover in DFW. Check-in and out was easy. People very friendly. Room has coffee maker and small frig. No microwave. Walk in shower which we prefer. No issues with the complimentary internet service. I believe parking is free but breakfast it not. The only issue we had was there was a mix-up between the front desk and the taxi service schedule to get us back to the airport. Worked out in the end but was a bit worrying.

Reviewed By kenneth sMy stay at this hotel was exactly like all the other negative reviews about this hotel, so I'll just cover the highlights ....When I entered the room I first noticed that the room smelled bad, there was no lock on the bathroom door and when closed there was still about a 2 inch gap between the door and the wall and being that I was traveling with my mother-in-law, that proved to be quite awkward, While trying to track down the source of bad odor I pulled out the chair and found a bottle of milk that had been there so long that it exploded, also under the chair was a used tissue and a clump of hair, behind the sofa was two spermicide injectors and more used tissues, big hole in the ceiling, wallpaper peeling off. The whole hotel was hot (to cheap to turn on the A/C), There was a big hole in the ceiling in the pool area, the patio had a broken beer bottle, broken and dirty furniture and 2ft tall weeds in the planters. This is a disgusting hotel! I could go on but I have to go check my belongings for bedbugs.
