Food service was very slow
Reviewed By srini_somaIt took 1 hour to take the order and 1 hour to deliver the food. Servers were very adamant and asked us to move from one place to the other. Only good part is kids got a chance to go around the River in a small boat.

Good property, Worst management, Terrible Experience..!!!

Lack of guest handling skills among staff. No staffs are polite except one from restaurant department & food was decent. I wanted to inspect as many of my Bangalore based clients will ask for weekend packages. Even after I have told the owner that I am coming to inspect, the owner never bothered to give us good care. we have made a request for camp fire & DJ. Front office staff Mr. Santosh told me it is not possible since it was raining last night. Even I have told him I will buy firewood, still he told me it is not possible, firewood is wet, this, that. It was like “I don’t care” response to the guest. And worst part was the owner in charge had a place above restaurant & kept loud DJ music. But it is not available for guest when we request, even after we are ready to pay for fire camp & music. If a service is not available guest it should not be available to owner as well. First management should know how to talk to guest & then they should teach their staff. I think the staff developed this kind of arrogant attitude from the management. No one knows how to treat or talk to guest. I wonder how this beautiful property with great location can run with such a poor management. Lack of maintenance in bathroom. Ex: there was a centipede in bath tub (attached photos), bath tub was dirty to the core and wall around the window was damaged & looked terrible like a lodge. I will not suggest this property to any of my clients as there are plenty of options in the similar cost (INR 4,500 without breakfast) I have paid (INR 3,500/room after discount) There are properties nearby with breakfast and better rooms & play area. I check-in only for its location and had a terrible experience. Positive: Swimming pool, table tennis, decent food, location (river side), bed, only suitable for day usage & bachelors, those who want to booze & sleep, those who want a quick night stay Negative: Not suitable for couples, staffs are rude, poor management, no additional services on request even you are willing to pay for it like camp fire, music, etc. Regards Udhaya Kumar.S Director- sales & Operations Orbis India Tours +91-9790937399

I contacted AGODA customer are and when they got in touch with the property manager through OYO, they told that I never showed up at the property I was left stranded with my parents and an infant and a toddler , so as a proof I am sharing a screen shot of my location history in phone as this is the only thing that I have as a proof to say I was there ... Stay away from them.... They are cheaters to the core ...!

Needs cleaning up
Reviewed By Thecatsmum4We ate here at lunchtime by the river. On arrival the tables had not been cleared from previoous diners, and there was paper and other rubblish laying about on the floor. Even when the waiter was called by our guide he half cleared the table and left it on the wall behind. The view one way was Ok but the other it is of the road bridge. Food did not all arrive together, the mains being brought before the starter, our guide had to send it back. It wasn't that great when we got it. All this and it wasn't even busy. Could be a nice place but needs to be cleaned up and staff trained to a reasonable level.

Reviewed By Suresh AHad been to this place with friends, The only advantage it is on Highway. Guest can enjoy the onsite restaurant. To stay with friends this hotel is comfortable not with family. Need to improve the service.
